Outreach

Outreach & Mentoring division is supported in part by our artists, exhibitions, events and The ScarletWorks store.

ScarletWorks' Outreach and Mentoring division approaches social and individual conflict by engaging all facets of a given situation. Through the endeavors of photographers, artists and skilled and compassionate arts therapists, we will take specific steps that will empower those in need. We are passionate about this movement and in the spirit of collaboration, we will share our knowledge and experience through various Arts Therapy programs.

Mentoring
We believe in the future.
Scarlet photographers, filmmaker, multimedia artists, designers, musicians, writers, speakers will support and shape the next generation in their fields by mentoring new talent. Each will use their experience and talent to guide and support a select group of students and emerging artists. This program is under construction and will be launched shortly.

Arts Therapists

Tutubi, Artworks
Isabelle and Paula have developed a rich and dynamic working synergy, combining Paula’s Art Therapy with Isabelle’s Dramatherapy experience and their diverse cultural backgrounds, to show that using the arts can reach across cultures, disciplines and borders. They co-founded Tutubi, Artworks (a branch of the Angkor Photography Festival), and ScarletWorks Outreach, three not-for-profit organizations that provide Arts Therapy and Arts Projects for vulnerable people. Inspired by their experiences in Cambodia, Isabelle and Paula have developed a special interest in combining Participatory Photography within the Arts Therapy process.
